The real estate portfolio in Nordisk Areal I AS is widely diversified in terms of property types, geography and tenant profiles, in order to provide the best possible value-adjusted returns for investors, considering the fund’s risk profile. The fund will make real estate investments in the following segments: office, hotel, retail, warehouse, mixed—use, development and land parcels throughout Northern Europe.
The real estate company’s goal is reach a portfolio size of 15-30 commercial properties with a total capital of NOK 5-8 billion over the course of a 2-3 year investment period.
